Hi there Troop 287
Hope you are all ready to eat some Turkey!!!! I know it is a bit early but this turkey you don’t have to cook. Please be on time so you will have first pick of all the fine fixings.
We are asking the Troop Families to bring some supporting dishes:
Last Name — A-H Dessert
I-P Salad
R-Z Side Dish
Cost for the COH is free but we ask that you bring one non-perisable food item per person to be donated to the Church’s Food Pantry.
There will be lots of Financial items to be taken care of at this Court of Honor as well.
1. 2013 — Summer Camp Registration — Deposit of $100.00 is due
2. T-Shirt and Sweat Shirt Orders will be taken
3. Registration Dues will be collected — $15.00 per scout/adult
4. Boys Life Subscription Renewal — $12.00 per family
5. Popcorn Money will be Collected.
I will be sending the T-Shirt order form out with an email. Each Scout will receive a new Troop 287 Short Sleeved T-Shirt for free. If they opt to receive the long sleeved T-Shirt instead they will have to pay the $1.50 difference in price. If you want additional Shirts or the Hooded Sweatshirt complete that part of the form as well.
I will have samples of the T-Shirts so you can see the quality of the shirt and to help determine what size to order.
