Summer Camp Parents,
We are just a week away from our awesome summer camp! So, this Tuesday we are having a Summer Camp Parent meeting at the church at 7pm (during the normal meeting time). I would like at least ONE PARENT for each scout going to summer camp to attend. Here are some of the items on the agenda:
– Collect remaining Physicals and Colorado Immunization Sheets that have not been turned in yet.
– Transportation plan / Food plan while traveling
– Collect Merit Badge Money (Link to Merit Badge Cost Post)
– Summer Camp Schedule
– Packing List (Link to Packing List)…Good Gear vs. Bad Gear, What’s needed and what’s not, etc.
– Answer any questions from Scouts and Parents
– Disseminate Emergency Contact Information and Mailing Address
– Medications
