- Called the meeting to order
- Tuesday, Sept 15, Court of Honor, Ice Cream Social; boys bring an ice cream topping to share; arrive at 5:30 to set-up, ceremony 6:30 – 8:30 pm
- Popcorn season has begun; Tom Sharp will have extra forms at COH
- Pikes Peak BSA Council offers Merit Badge Saturdays; check the council website for details
- Summer Camp will be June 12 – 18, 2016
- Next ‘Flags Fundraiser’ is Nov. 7, the Saturday before Veterans Day
Jon Ullman – Scout Master
- Boys chose the theme of “Sports” for the Court of Honor; they can adorn their Class A Scout Uniform with embellishments from their favorite sports team
- Sept 19-20, Saturday and Sunday, will be the Lazy Campout, one night of easy camping here at the church
- Sept 22, Tuesday meeting, High Ropes Course
- Oct 16-18, Friday through Sunday, Stanley Canyon backpacking trip
- November, potential “Dino Death March” hiking trip
- Troopmaster software program renewal was discussed
Andrea Warner – Treasurer
- September Court of Honor: $50 down payment for camp will be collected
- November Court of Honor: $24 Troop recharter fee and $130 second payment for Summer Camp will be collected
- February Court Of Honor: Troop membership fee (to be determined) and final payment of $130 for Summer Camp will be collected
