We, the adult leadership, have completed the required training in order for us to begin in-person meetings again. So, up front, we need a lot of signatures.
You and your parents need to print, read and sign the documents available in the links below:
You can do this a couple of ways:
- Download, print, sign, scan and email each document to me;
- Download, print, sign, and bring the completed document to our next meeting;
- Download, digitally sign, and email the completed form to me.
The bottom line here is that you will not be allowed to participate in any activity until we get the documents from you completed.
